How It Works
Build a full best ball starting lineup through 8 rounds. Your roster needs
1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, and 1 FLEX. Each round shows three players from similar ADP
ranges. Pick one, and the other two go to the fade team. Position limits keep your build
realistic: max 1 QB, 3 RB, 4 WR, and 2 TE. Once you hit a cap, that position grays out.
The CPU builds its best possible roster from the 16 players you faded.
What is Best Ball Fantasy Football?
Best ball is a format where you draft a roster but never set a lineup. The platform automatically starts your highest-scoring players each week.
How are the player matchups determined?
The game dynamically generates matchups from the full player database using ADP segments. Each round pulls three players from similar draft value ranges, with rules preventing duplicate players and limiting QBs to one per round. Every playthrough is different.
What are the position limits?
You can draft a maximum of 1 QB, 3 RBs, 4 WRs, and 2 TEs across your 8 picks. Once you hit a position cap, any card showing that position is grayed out and unavailable. This forces strategic decisions about roster construction.
How is the fade team built?
Every player you don't pick goes to the CPU pool (16 total faded players across 8 rounds). The CPU then builds the strongest possible lineup from those 16: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, selecting the best ADP players at each position.
Are projected points included?
When BBM projection data is available, the results screen shows total projected fantasy points for both rosters and declares a winner. Before projections are published, you still see the full roster comparison.
